Herrmann Ultraschalltechnik opened a new Technology Center in the city of Walsrode (Lower Saxony, Germany) earlier this year, demonstrating an expanding presence in northern Germany. The Technology Center - North enables Herrmann to consult with existing regional customers on-site, acquire new customers in the region, and inform interested parties about the benefits that can be acheived through ultrasonic welding. 

Customers and contacts in northern Germany are now able to conduct test welding and trial applications in Herrmann's state-of-the-art applications laboratory.

The Technology Center - North is centrally located within Walsrode and can be easily reached via autobahn from Bremen, Hamburg, or Hannover.

The generous capacity offers additional offices and a conference facilities with future expansion capability. The applications laboratory is as well-equipped as the laboratory in the world headquarters in Karlsbad, Germany and ready for extensive customers trials and tests. Technical seminars and workshops are planned at this location in order to save attendees from northern Germany a long trip to the headquarters in Baden-Wuerttemburg.

Mr. Mohr is currently the main contact for this location, and he is joined by Mr. Bobscheck, Ultrasonics / Service Engineer. Staff expansion is planned in the near future.
