HiQ EVOLUTION is the world’s first and only ultrasonic welding machine that features a fully protected workspace with an efficiency increasing automatic start feature. Manual start activation is no longer needed, therefore reducing expensive non-productive time. The operator can concentrate on preparing, loading, unloading and further finishing of the part. The product-dependent effective work stroke selection also reduces additional non-productive time and saves compressed air.

The Quick Change System - no tools needed (TCS-ntn) enables the ultrasonic sonotrode stacks to be changed in a flash without the need for tools. Glare-free workspace illumination and the innovative SoftTouch mode, where the sonotrode is gently moved on to the plastic part to be welded, are other features of this revolutionary machine.
