Our key objective is the proper assessment of your application

Our technical support staff will apply extensive experience and expertise to your Ultrasonic Welding Application. We will determine the best welding technique and joint design for your application, develop the appropriate welding system and tooling configuration, and establish the proper welding parameters to optimize your process.

Parameter definition for consistent welding results

At Herrmann Ultrasonics, each application development program includes detailed optimization of all features and parameters that influence weld quality, including determination of optimum weld process parameters.

Application laboratory for detailed testing

Our Application Laboratories are equipped with specialized test and measuring equipment. We thoroughly analyze test welds on OEM parts for homogeneous melt flow and verify the results with microtome slicing. Proper tensile strength and hermetic sealing can also be verified.

Our application database provides know-how for new applications

Experience is even more valuable when it can be used to resolve new application issues. Therefore, Herrmann Ultrasonics stores acquired knowledge in a special application database. We also include the results of our ongoing research and development programs. This expertise is readily available for the optimization of our customers' applications.
