• DIGITAL CONTROL for repeatable weld results. Digital closed loop generator control continuously monitors and adjusts the converter/booster/sonotrode stack frequency to provide optimum efficiency
• Constant amplitude throughout the entire power range even with existing line voltage fluctuations (+10%, - 15%)
• Touch screen with graphic user interface (GUI) provides on screen visualization of the welding process. Every weld generates a unique "fingerprint" consisting of the 3 weld process graphs, which provides a tool for finite weld process parameter optimization
• Herrmann Ultrasonics VARIO PROCESS allows the precise definition of two separate weld forces. Together with RPN weld depth calibration and joining velocity visualization this results in higher joint strength through controlled metering of the melt flow and the melt volume
