Job profile

Active analysis and research of assigned sales area. Proactive market development with focus on core applications and key target customers.
Expansion of the customer base through active acquisition with key persons in charge of our target groups
Penetrating corporate structures of clients with business-relevant decision makers and leaders in research and development
Creating customer excitement by demonstrating individual benefits and process solutions of competent application engineering
Creating transparency through regular, timely updating and maintenance of important activities in the CRM system
Identification of customer needs and demonstration of the appropriate process solution
Participation in further development of sales documents and active support in sales promotion

Required skills

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Technical degree or other comparable qualification
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
Sales experience in the general manufacturing industry, preferably in the electric vehicle and/or lithium ion battery industry
Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
Ability to read CAD
Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably smartCRM
Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams)
Excellent communications skills and motivated to build long term relationships with customers and colleagues
