30 million employees in Germany feel little or no emotional connection with their employer. With this thesis, Sven O. Rimmelspacher began his keynote speech at the last wvib entrepreneur talk, which took place for the second time at Herrmann Ultraschall as host.
His approach is an organizational change that will increase employees’ enthusiasm and responsibility for their job and thus for internal and external growth. Rimmelspacher, actually a software developer, talked in a very approachable way about highlights and failures and that it pays to tackle this transformation.
His book about this new agility titled "Let's go" he wrote together with social scientist Christian Wißmann. He describes the experiences in his own company as to how people and groups of people can successfully shape such a transformation process.
