Ultrasonic welding machines

Fast and tight welding of thermoplastic injection-molded parts - that is what ultrasonic welders from the HiQ product line do best. The welding process can be easily adjusted and monitored. For a large variant diversity, the quick-change system for weld tools is very convenient. It is possible to configure up to four different weld forces per process. This ensures precise adjustment of parameters, unrivaled by other thermal joining processes. Neither laser nor vibration or mirror-imaged welding is capable of such precision.

HiQ DIALOG SpeedControl

HiQ DIALOG SpeedControl

The core of this ultrasonic welding machine is the patented pneumatic HMC drive concept. It combines the benefits of pneumatics with the dynamics of an electrical drive and allows for selection of any optional start point for the weld process. The SoftTouch mode protects the sensitive joining area of the plastic parts to be welded during contact of the sonotrode.

HiQ VARIO PropControl

HiQ VARIO PropControl

The name delivers what it promises. The ultrasonic welding machine HiQ VARIO can be configured to completely suit the customer’s needs. A large number of pneumatic drive modules with different strokes and cylinder diameters are available, always including the reliable proportional valve technology by Herrmann Ultraschall.

HiQ LOGIC PropControl

HiQ LOGIC PropControl

Robustness, accuracy, and simplicity are attributes characterizing this ultrasonic welding machine. The entry-level models already include a position measuring system and proportional valve technology as basic equipment. Moreover, password protection and part counter are standard. Precision guiding rails and reliable drive components ensure repeatable welds.

HiQ SOLID PropControl

HiQ SOLID PropControl

Simplicity without having to abandon the proved Herrmann Ultraschall standards – that are the characteristics of this machine type. Proportional valve technology and digital high-performance generators are basic equipment. A solid machine design with precision guiding rails and proved drive components are the foundation for quality and repeatable welds.

Manual welding device

Manual welding device

The most simple way of welding thermoplastic materials is to use the ultrasonic manual welding device. This is particularly well suited for applications in prototype design, for processing of single products, small series and repairs. Regardless of caulking, swaging, staking, cutting, or spot welding, the HSG ultrasonic manual welding device is easy to use, provides variable power rating, and can be equipped with all types of conventional sonotrodes (35 kHz).
