Security and quality are top priorities at Herrmann Ultraschall. To protect our company and our product portfolio as effectively as possible against cyber threats, we rely on your support. Cybersecurity reports – whether about the company itself or our products and services – are of considerable importance to us and are taken seriously by us.
Our PSIR team processes these reports as a central unit, coordinates the internal analysis, and initiates all the necessary measures. Should you discover a potential vulnerability in one of our systems or if you observe any security-related incidents that relate to our products or services, please report them to our PSIR team.
How can you report security vulnerabilities?
To report IT issues and security vulnerabilities, you can either use our dedicated contact form or send us an e-mail.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Contact information, including the company details of the reporting person in the case of any follow-up questions
- Affected item(s) and product(s), preferably with the item number or serial number
- System solutions, preferably including the project name/project number
- Detailed description and classification of the vulnerability/vulnerabilities
- Effect of the vulnerability/vulnerabilities (if known)
